Refund and Return Policy

At HR Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality sports gear and apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your online order or purchase your items directly from our retail outlet. If 7 days have passed since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange (both online and in-store), your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you bought it.

  • Packaging: It must be brought back in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original store receipt, invoice, or online order number. We cannot process any return, refund, or exchange without a valid receipt.

3. In-Store Purchases

For items purchased directly from our Lahore outlet, the same strict rules apply. If you wish to return or exchange an item in-store:

  • You must bring the item back to the outlet within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be in its exact original packaging and condition.

  • You must present the original physical receipt at the counter.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they are confirmed defective by our team prior to use:

  • Used gym or sports accessories (e.g., Kinesiology tape, support braces, palm supports).

  • Any item that has been worn, used on the field, or laundered.

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance".

5. Refund Process (Advance Payments & Returns)

As we require an advance payment for order confirmation on certain online items, please note:

  • If your online order is cancelled before shipping, we will process a full refund of your advance payment.

  • If you return an eligible product (online or in-store) that meets all criteria, we will inspect the item. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, bank account, or via cash (for cash-paid in-store returns).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for online bank refunds to reflect in your account.

6. Order Verification & Shipping Disclaimer (Our Trust Standard)

To ensure complete transparency and build trust with our customers, HR Sports maintains a strict standard of sending a photo or video proof of every single package directly to the customer before it is shipped. This allows you to verify the exact condition, quality, and accurate packaging of your items before they leave our facility.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is verified by you and handed over to the courier service, the shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for its transit. HR Sports is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • Filing a Claim: Because we provide you with pre-shipping video/photo evidence, you will have the necessary proof required to file an official claim directly with the shipping carrier in the rare event that they mishandle or lose your parcel.

  • Our Support: While we are not legally liable for courier errors, we value our customers. Our support team will actively assist you in communicating with the courier company to help track down or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. How to Initiate an Online Return

To start a return for eligible online orders, please follow these steps:

  2. Shipping the Item Back: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
